VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET: UPDATE ON THE DELAY IN THE
PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY'S AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31
DECEMBER 2024


Shareholders are referred to the announcement made by the Company on 10 April 2025,
wherein the Company advised of a delay in the publication of the Wesizwe Audited Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("AFS"), Integrated Annual
Report ("IAR") and notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM").

Shareholders are further advised that Wesizwe is working diligently with its auditors and is
committed to publishing the AFS on or before 31 July 2025, and the IAR along with the Notice
of AGM by 31 August 2025. Wesizwe will continue to keep shareholders informed of any
further developments.
