CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Sithembiso N Mthethwa has resigned as a non-executive
director of the board after 11 years of service on the board. His resignation is with effect from
17 February 2026.

The Company thanks Mr Mthethwa, for his dedication and support throughout his tenure on
the Vunani board. The board wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
