The UBS Certificates were issued under the Structured Note Programme of UBS
AG (the "Programme") in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the
Certificates set forth in the Information Memorandum that was dated 10
December 2013 and as supplemented by the JSE Placement Document dated 08
February 2016.
UBS AG has now consolidated its JSE Placement Document dated 8 February
2016 (JSE Placement Document) and its information memorandum dated 10
December 2013 (the 2013 Information Memorandum) into a single document
dated 16 September 2019.
Investors are herewith advised of the expiry of the below instruments
effective 01 November 2019.
