ENDED DECEMBER 2016

Holders are advised that UBS AG has published its annual financial
statements for the period ended 31 December 2016 (“the Annual
Statements”).

The Annual Statements are available on the UBS AG website hosted at:

In addition, holders are advised that there have been no material
changes to the terms and conditions of the South African Securities
