Notification of Potential Contingent Coupon event for UBS Autocallable Note
linked to Standard and Poor's 500 Index, Nikkei 225 Index, and EURO STOXX 50
Index (the "Notes")
UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS Autocallable Note linked to the SPX, NKY and
SX5E Indices (the "Notes"), hereby notifies holders of a potential Contingent
Coupon event for the above Autocallable Note which will be observed on
Observation Date Friday, 30 May 2025.
A Contingent Coupon event will be deemed to have occurred if the Calculation
Agent determines that on the Observation Date the Index Closing Level of
each of the Indices listed below, is equal to or greater than its respective
Contingent Coupon Level.
If a Contingent Coupon Event occurs with respect to an Observation Date, the
Coupon Amount (6.25% / 6250 cents) will be paid in respect of each Note. If
a Contingent Coupon Event is deemed to have not occurred, the Coupon Amount
will not be payable in respect of such Coupon Payment Date.
