Expiry of UBS Long/Short Certificates on Naspers Limited (Long) vs. Tencent
Holdings Limited (Short) – Series 71, 72, 73, 74 and 75.

The UBS Certificates were issued under the Structured Note Programme of UBS
AG (the "Programme") in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the
Certificates set forth in the Information Memorandum dated 16 September
2019 relating to the Programme which may be supplemented from time to time
for the Issuance of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of
ZAR 14 000 000 000.

Investors are herewith advised of the expiry of the below instruments,
effective Thursday, 09 April 2020, with the instruments being suspended
effective Tuesday, 14 April, and delisting from the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange effective Friday, 17 April 2020.
