Notification of Early Termination and cancelled Corporate Actions event for
the UBS One Star Autocallable Note (the "Note")

Further to the initial announcement released on Monday, 26 January 2026,
regarding the Early Termination Event and Redemption of the UBS One Star
Autocallable Note linked to SSW SJ, VAL SJ, IMP SJ, and NPH SJ (the
"Note"). Please be advised, that the conditions for early termination have
been met following the Observation Date on Monday, 09 February 2026.

Please note that the corporate action event relating to ISIN ZAE000343141
has been cancelled, as there are no noteholders in the Note.
Notwithstanding this cancellation, the product will still early terminate
in accordance with its terms.

Important information relating to the termination of the note is as
follows:

Termination Date:                                 Friday, 13 February 2026
