Notification of Contingent Coupon payment for UBS Autocallable Note linked
to the OMX, AS51, SX5E and NKY Indices (the "Notes") – Series 8.

UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS Autocallable Note linked to the OMX Stockholm
30 Index, S&P/ASX 200 Index, the EURO STOXX 50 Index and the Nikkei 225 Index
(the "Notes"), hereby notifies holders that a Contingent Coupon event has
occurred for the above Autocallable Note which was observed on Observation
Date Tuesday, 22 July 2025.

The Index Closing Level of each of the Indices listed below, was greater
than its respective Contingent Coupon Level as indicated in the table below,
therefore, noteholders will receive a Coupon Amount of 13.00% / 13000 cents
which will be paid in respect of each Note.

If a Contingent Coupon Event occurs with respect to an Observation Date, the
Coupon Amount (13.00% / 13000 cents) will be paid in respect of each Note.
If a Contingent Coupon Event is deemed to have not occurred, the Coupon
Amount will not be payable in respect of such Coupon Payment Date.
