Notification to Noteholders following Observation Date outcome on 17 August
2026 for UBS Autocallable Note linked to Adyen N.V. shares due 2028 (the
“Notes”)
Further to the announcement published on Friday, 31 July 2026, UBS AG, as
Issuer of the abovementioned Note, hereby notifies noteholders that the
conditions for early exercise were not met.
On Monday, 17 August 2026 (the Early Termination Observation Date), UBS AG
confirms that the Share Closing Level of the underlying was below its
Mandatory Early Termination Level. Consequently, the conditions for early
exercise and Early Termination Event were not met. Therefore, no Interest
Amount will be paid, and the note will roll to the next scheduled
Observation Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Note.
