Further to the announcement published on 24 June 2019 relating to the approval by shareholders of Tsogo Sun of
the change of name of the Company to Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited, shareholders are advised that the Company has
received CIPC approval for the Change of Name.

Set out below is are the final salient dates and times in relation to the Change of Name.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement bear the same meaning as the capitalised and defined terms used in
the circular to Tsogo Sun shareholders dated 23 May 2019.
