In terms of the Pricing Supplement read with the Common Terms Document
and relevant Conditions Annexure, the listing of TOPSKP lapsed
automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was more than or equal to the Knockout Level of 84,500 index
points. The Index was more than or equal to this Knockout Level of
84,500 index points on 30 April 2025.

Warrant holders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above
Knockout Warrants.
