Retirement of a director and changes to Board committees
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
board of directors of the Company (Board) would like to inform shareholders of
the following changes to the Board and its sub-committees:
Director retirement
Mr Makhup Nyama has decided to retire from the Board with effect from the
conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 17
February 2021, having served on the board for 10 years.
The Board extends its gratitude to Mr Nyama for his support and valuable
contribution he has made to the Company during his tenure and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
Revised composition of Board sub-committees
With effect from the close of the Board meeting to be held on 17 February
2021, the composition of the Board sub-committees will be made up as follows:
