EXPIRY OF SXEIIC AUTOCALL INDEX WARRANTS (AUTOCALLS) - 28 FEBRUARY 2018

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 28 February 2018 (see the related securities above).

On 28 February 2018 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 3 438.96 and therefore the Autocalls were
automatically exercised and expired on the 28 February 2017. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:

Reference amount x 122.4%
Reference Amount = ZAR 1,000.00

Holders will receive a Cash Settlement Amount of ZAR 1,224.00 for every Autocall held. The Cash Settlement Amount
per Autocall will automatically accrue to the Holder via STRATE on 5 March 2018.
