Stefanutti Stocks hereby provides shareholders with an update on the disposal of SS-Construções
(Moçambique) Limitada as reported in the Reviewed Condensed Consolidated Results for the twelve
months ended 28 February 2025, published on 27 May 2025.

Shareholders are advised that the parties have extended the period for fulfilment or waiver of the
condition's precedent to 30 June 2025. The parties are renegotiating various aspects of the transaction
including the purchase price and payment terms.

Shareholders will be updated as to progress or changes to the transaction.
