DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES



In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended

(“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are

hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that:

    •   Mr Henry Charles Lubbe has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company

        such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Mr Henry Charles

        Lubbe has increased to 5,07% of the total issued securities of that class in the share

        capital of the Company; and

    •   Erf 1210 Welkom Investments Proprietary Limited has acquired an interest in the

        securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company

        held by Erf 1210 Welkom Investments Proprietary Limited has increased to 8,30% of

        the total issued securities of that class in the share capital of the Company.
