independently includes the cancellation of certain corporate services provided by Steinhoff
International Holdings N.V.
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company wishes to advise that Steinhoff Secretarial Services Proprietary
Limited, resigned as company secretary of the Company with effect from 11 June 2018 and
that Pepkor Proprietary Limited has been appointed as company secretary of the Company
with effect from 11 June 2018.
