Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
the possible early option expiry on 22 July 2019 (see the related securities above).
The conditions for early exercise were fulfilled on 22 July 2019. The Put Strike Price of the Put exceeded the Final
Reference Price on the Expiry Date and hence the Put Option expired in the money. As a result thereof, at maturity, the
Holder will sell the Underlying Securities to the Issuer and the equivalent Put Strike Price of R14,500.00 per SPIB10 will
automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 26 July 2019.
Holders that have elected and requested the Issuer to utilize the amount by which the put option is in the money, together
with the Underlying Securities, to reinvest into a quantity of new ESPs shall receive SPIB32 units to be listed on or before
20 September 2019. The Holders’ new positions in SPIB32 following the expiry of SPIB10 will be allocated by 26
September 2019.
