Disclosure of Acquisition of Securities in Santova

In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in the Company
are hereby advised that it has received notification from Wimsey Capital (Pty) Ltd that it,
together with interrelated parties, have acquired additional shares such that the total interest in
the issued ordinary shares of the Company now amounts to 5.3%.

Santova hereby confirms that it has received the required notices from Wimsey Capital (Pty)
Ltd in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Act and that it has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
