NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
AND PARAGRAPH 3.83(B) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS


In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008, as amended (“the Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby   advised  that   the   Company  has  received   formal
notifications in the prescribed form of the following
movements in the securities of the Company:

  1) Foxglove Capital Resourced Limited have acquired an
     additional interest in the ordinary shares of the
     Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
     shares of the Company now amounts to 16.55% of the total
     issued ordinary shares of the Company.

  2) LCF Securities Limited has disposed of Stellar Capital
     shares resulting in a decrease of its entire interest in
     the ordinary issued securities of the Company from 9.09%
     to 0%.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the
Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
