TERMINATION OF SBKIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS)

An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of SBKIIA to zero units and SBKIIA will subsequently terminate. This
suspension will be effective from Friday, 2 May 2025 and the delisting thereof will be effective at commencement of business on
Wednesday, 7 May 2025. The structured product is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the
relevant offering circular.


There are no holders of SBKIIA therefore no settlement is applicable.
