Holders of the listed SBEN55 Equity Index Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on 01 April 2026 are reminded that:

Valuation Date:                       Thursday, 19 March 2026
Valuation Rate Announcement by 11:00: Friday,20 March    2026
Valuation Time:                       The time the Index Level

Last Date to Trade:                   Monday, 23 March 2026

The holders of the Notes will instruct Standard Bank to pay the
redemption amount of the Notes to the holder of the Notes on 01
April 2026 ("the Maturity Date") to the account of the holder.

After payment of the Notes on 01 April 2026, the Notes (SBEN55)
will be de-listed from the JSE.
