SBEN06 Equity Index Linked Notes due 06 January 2025 -
sponsored by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (acting
through its Corporate and Investment Banking Division), issued
under its Structured Note Programme, has been amended as
follows:
1. The deletion of the Initial Index Level of ""6832.712,
being the level of the Index as determined by the
Calculation Agent on the Trade Date." and replaced
thereof with "6,854.581, being the level of the Index as
determined by the Calculation Agent on the Trade strike
date."; and
2. The deletion of ""d" means the number of days for the
period commencing on and including the Issue Date and
ending on and including 19 December 2024, subject to
adjustment in line with the adjustment of the Final Index
Determination Date as specified below" and replaced
thereof with ""d" means the number of days for the period
commencing on and including the Issue Date and ending on
and excluding 19 December 2024, subject to adjustment in
line with the adjustment of the Final Index Determination
Date as specified below".
This amendment is effective 23 December 2024.
The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing
Supplement remain unchanged.
