Notice is hereby given that on 18 October 2017 the SBAFRITR has rebalanced as
prescribed in the Index Description by the Index Calculation Agent and approved at a
duly constituted meeting. The SBAFRITR new constitutes and weightings are available
on the Bloomberg ticker SBAFRITR Index <GO> or on
http://corporateandinvestment.standardbank.co.za/CIB/Products/Global-
Markets/Exchange-traded-products
Further notice is given that in terms of the Index Rules a Hedging Disruption event has
occurred in relation to the constitutes listed on the Zimbabwean Stock Exchange in that
the Hedging Party is unable to “unwind or dispose of any transaction(s) or asset(s)
it deems necessary to hedge the equity price risk” as well its unable to “ freely realise,
recover, remit, receive, repatriate or transfer the proceeds of any such
transaction(s) or asset(s)”. The relevant counters that are affected are DLTA ZH, ECO
ZH and INN ZH. The Index Sponsor has exercised its rights as contained in the Index
Rules by “determining the appropriate adjustment” to the Index by applying a divider to
the said counters. The divider is determined daily by using OML SH, being a dual listed
counter on both the Zimbabwean Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited as a proxy.
