Shareholders are hereby advised that on 22 July 2019 Resgen has received formal notification that
the interest of the Public Investment Corporation Soc. Limited ("PIC") has decreased, such that the
total interest in the ordinary shares held by PIC now amounts to 14.806% of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
