MERGER OF NEPI AND ROCKCASTLE: AMENDMENT OF JSE SHARE CODE OF NEPI ROCKCASTLE


As announced on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (the “JSE”) on 9 June 2017, all of the issued ordinary shares
of NEPI Rockcastle plc will be listed by introduction on the Main Board of the JSE under ISIN: IM00BDD7WV31 (the “listing”),
pursuant to the merger of NEPI and Rockcastle.

Investors are advised that the JSE share code of NEPI Rockcastle will be NRP, and not NRO as previously announced.

NEPI is listed on the JSE and the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Rockcastle has its primary listings on both the JSE and the Stock
Exchange of Mauritius Ltd.
