On 10 April 2025, Standard Bank disseminated a SENS
announcement in respect of the Interim Redemption Payment
Amount.


The Capital Redemption Amount per Note was inadvertently
announced at ZAR600.00.


This purpose of this SENS is to correct the Capital Redemption
Amount per Note from ZAR600.00 to ZAR500.00.


The following terms remain as per the SENS announcement dated
10 April 2025:


Interim Payment Amount:                      ZAR10 180 800.00

Interest Earned (20% Coupon) per Note:       ZAR100.00
