The information as it appears below has been extracted from the Programme Memorandum
in respect of the The RealFin ETF Scheme and the Supplement relating to the RealFin
Fixed Income Actively Managed ETF and utilises the terms and definitions contained
therein unless otherwise specified.


1. Introduction

The JSE Limited ("JSE") has approved the listing of 10 200 000 RealFin Fixed Income
Actively Managed ETF securities, at an issue price of R10.00 in the "Actively Managed
Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the Main Board of the JSE by private placement, with
effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 04 March 2025. The RealFin Fixed
Income Actively Managed ETF provides exposure to primarily a variety of domestic,
listed and unlisted financial instruments (derivatives) as allowed by the Act from
time to time. The Portfolio is not limited to local securities and may hold
international securities in future. The Portfolio may only invest in unlisted forward
currency, interest rate and exchange rate swap transactions, for efficient portfolio
management purposes. It is an Actively Managed ETF in the RealFin ETF Scheme and shall
be managed by RealFin Collective Investment Schemes (RF) Proprietary Limited.


2.   General

The Programme Memorandum and the Supplement are available during normal business hours
at the registered office of the Manager, 347 Main Road, Kenilworth, Cape Town, 7708.
The Programme Memorandum and the Supplement will also be available on the Manager's
website https://realfin.co.za/ETFs/.


3. Approval

The listing of the RealFin Fixed Income Actively Managed ETF participatory interests
was granted by the JSE by way of an initial public offering and will be on 11 March
2025.
