QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT – FEBRUARY 2025

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Rebosis is required to provide
shareholders with an update on a quarterly basis, on the state of affairs of the Company and any action
proposed by the Company in order to have the listing reinstated, including the date on which the
suspension is expected to be lifted.

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the appointed Joint Business Rescue Practitioners
("the BRPs") hereby notify shareholders that the latest stakeholders and creditors report setting out
material movements has been uploaded onto the company's website and can accessed on the following
link http://rebosisinvestordashboard.co.za. Monthly reports are available on the investor website.

Public Sales Process and REIT Compliance

The Joint BRPs continue to implement the BR Plan. An update on the Rebosis public sale process
("PSP'') as of 28 February 2025 is set out below:

All the properties including their rental enterprises were transferred to the respective purchasers apart
from the Bloed Street Mall. The delay with the transfer of the Bloed Street Mall to the purchaser is due
to the ongoing dispute concerning the remaining period of the land lease agreement. The purchaser
and the Joint BRPs continue to engage with the City of Tshwane ("COT") council regarding the dispute
on the land lease. The Joint BRPs continue to engage with the lenders and the purchasers in finalising
the adjustment accounts, while the status quo remains the same in relation to recoveries, collection of
arrears and business interruption insurance claims.

The Joint BRPs undertake to continue providing monthly reports to the JSE, the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission, the creditors and other affected persons on the progress of the
Proceedings as required by the Companies Act and the JSE Listings Requirements.
