DEALINGS IN RAINBOW SECURITIES PURSUANT TO RCL FOODS' UNBUNDLING OF RAINBOW

Shareholders of Rainbow are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
of the JSE on 4 June 2024 by RCL Foods Limited ("RCL Foods") regarding the listing of Rainbow on the Main
Board of the JSE of all of Rainbow's issued ordinary no par value shares ("Rainbow Shares") and the
subsequent unbundling thereof by RCL Foods by way of a pro rata distribution in specie to RCL Foods
shareholders eligible to participate in the distribution ("Unbundling").

The following directors of Rainbow hold RCL Foods shares and, accordingly, upon implementation of the
Unbundling on 1 July 2024, received shares in Rainbow in the same ratio and on the same basis applicable
to all RCL Foods shareholders.
