Further trading statement QUANTUM FOODS HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2013/208598/06) Share code: QFH ISIN: ZAE000193686 ("Quantum Foods" or the "Company") FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") are referred to the trading statement and operational update announcement published on SENS on Tuesday, 15 April 2025 in accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements"), wherein Shareholders were, inter alia, advised that for the six months ended 31 March 2025 ("Current Reporting Period"), a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the Company's headline earnings per share ("HEPS") and earnings per share ("EPS") will increase by at least 46.3 cents and 45.9 cents, respectively, to 68.0 cents compared to the HEPS of 21.7 cents and EPS of 22.1 cents reported for the six months ended 31 March 2024 ("Previous Reporting Period HEPS and EPS"). In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b)(iii)(3), as read with paragraph 3.4(b)(iii)(2), of the Listings Requirements, Shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty now exists that for the Current Reporting Period, HEPS will be between 72.6 cents and 77.0 cents and EPS will be between 72.3 cents and 76.7 cents, compared to the Previous Reporting Period HEPS and EPS.
