Shares, respectively, totaling 284 045 Shares at R9.00 per Share ("Agreements"), Shareholders are hereby advised
that Any New Investments now expects to purchase a total of 226 812 Shares pursuant to the Agreements ("Sale
Shares"). As at the date of this announcement, 70 500 Sale Shares have been purchased, 5 500 of which were
purchased at a price of R9.06 per Share.
