Name of associate: Aristotle Africa S.à r.l. ("Aristotle")
Relationship with director: Aristotle is ultimately owned by Silverlands II SCSp (the
"Silverlands II Fund"), which fund is managed by
SilverStreet Management II S.à r.l. (the "General Partner")
and advised by SilverStreet Capital LLP (the "Investment
Adviser"). Gary Vaughan-Smith is the founding member of
the Investment Adviser and a manager of the General
Partner as well as the beneficiary of The GVS Family Trust,
which trust is the controlling shareholder of the General
Partner
