CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are referred to the 'Changes to the Board and Board Committees' announcement released on
6 May 2026 and are hereby advises that the announcement erroneously reflected the appointment of Mr Paolo
Senatore as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, and the
Social and Ethics Committee. Mr Senatore is a member of the Company's Investment Committee only.

All other information contained in the announcement of 6 May 2026 remains unchanged.
