CHANGES TO THE BOARD: APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS (and using the terms defined therein,
unless otherwise stated) on 25 August 2025 relating to the retirement of Mr James E Smith as an Executive
Director and as Chief Financial Officer of Putprop.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board is pleased to notify its
shareholders that Ms Alicia Nolte has been appointed as an Executive Director and as Financial Director of
Putprop with effect from 1 January 2026.

Ms. Nolte is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 11 years extensive experience in financial
management, audit, and taxation, and property investment finance. Alicia is currently the Group Financial
Manager of the Putprop Group where she has worked close with the current CFO over the last three years
gaining an oversight into all of the Group Financial affairs. Ms. Nolte has a strong background in financial
reporting, governance, JSE compliance, property portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement within
the real estate sector.

The Board congratulates Alicia on her appointment as Financial Director, and looks forward to working with
her to grow Putprop.
