PUBLICATION OF REVIEWED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2019

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 26 June 2019 advising of the delay in publication of the Company’s
reviewed financial results for the year ended 31 March 2019 (“Reviewed Results”).
The Company advises that PPC will release its Reviewed Results by the close of
business today, Thursday 27 June 2019.

RESULTS PRESENTATION

PPC will be hosting an analyst’s results presentation on Friday 28 June 2019, in
Johannesburg at the JSE Auditorium, 1 Exchange Square, 2 Gwen Lane, Sandown at
