Notice of disbursement of IAR

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
2019 Integrated Report, incorporating the summarised audited consolidated annual
financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2019 (“Summarised
Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company
(“AGM”) has been distributed to Shareholders on Tuesday, 30 July 2019. The
summarised audited financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
abridged financial statement published on SENS on 19 July 2019.

The Integrated Report incorporating the referenced supplementary reports and the
notice   of  AGM   will   also   be  available   on   the   Company’s  website,  at
https://ppc.co.za/corporate/investors-media/financial-presentations-reports as from
today, 30 July 2019:


Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at 12h00 on Thursday,
29 August2019 at PPC offices, Addis Ababa and Lilongwe meeting rooms, 4th floor,
148 Katherine Street, Sandton, to transact the business as set out in the notice of
the AGM.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of
the Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 23 August 2019, with the
last day to trade being Tuesday, 20 August 2019.


BEE Certificate

Furthermore, Shareholders are advised that the Company’s BEE certificate and the
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013 for the period from December 2018
to December 2019, will also be available on the Company’s website
https://ppc.africa/corporate/about-us/broad-based-economic-empowerment.
