Noteholders are referred to the announcement published on 9 December 2025 in relation to, inter
alia, the interest payment notification in respect of PARS03 ("previous announcement").

Noteholders are advised that the interest amount due and coupon in respect of PARS03 (as contained
in the previous announcement) required amendment, as the coupon did not correctly reflect the
margin adjustment as contemplated in the announcement published on 7 October 2025. Noteholders
