FULL CAPITAL REDEMPTION OF ZAR 623,000,000 UNSECURED, SUBORDINATED AND CALLABLE
FIXED RATE NOTE DUE 14 SEPTEMBER 2025 (OML10)

In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of the Programme Memorandum dated
4 September 2014, as amended and restated on 4 March 2020 (the Terms and Conditions) of the
ZAR25,000,000,000 Note Programme and the Pricing Supplements in respect of the OML10, dated 14
September 2015, and the approval provided by the Prudential Authority of the South African Reserve
Bank, noteholders of the OML10 are herewith advised that the Issuer will exercise its call option on
the first call date, being 14 September 2025 pursuant to condition 10.3 (Redemption at the option of
the Issuer) of the Terms and Conditions which will constitute an Early Redemption with details as
follows:
