Shareholders are advised that Octodec will be holding a pre-close webinar on Thursday, 24 August 2023 at
10h00 (SAST) hosted by Investec Bank, during which its Managing and Financial Directors, Jeffrey Wapnick
and Anabel Vieira respectively, Charlene Conradie, Operations Executive and Linda Chabula, Head of
Leasing, employed by City Property Administration (Pty) Ltd, the property and asset manager of Octodec,
will discuss the company's business activities prior to the close of the full year ending 31 August 2023.
