APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, unitholders
of the Fund are hereby advised that Mrs Zahrah Ebrahim (“Zahrah”) was appointed on
Monday, 29 April 2019 as an executive director to the board of directors of Oasis Crescent
Property Fund Managers Limited, the manager of the Fund, with immediate effect.

Zahrah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017 and holds the qualifications Bachelor of
Business Science (Law) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) from the
University of Cape Town. Zahrah has experience across the financial sector and key insights
into Asset Management and Investment and is able to draw on knowledge gained from
studying Law and her auditing experience. Zahrah has served on numerous Property
Development teams for industrial, commercial and residential projects.

The Board welcomes Zahrah and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
