RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Unitholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of the Fund held at
10:00 am today, 23 July 2019 at the registered office of OCPF, Oasis House, 96 Upper
Roodebloem Road, University Estate, Cape Town (“AGM”), all of the resolutions were passed
by the requisite majorities of the Fund’s unitholders.
