RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Bruce Hall Haikney has resigned as Company Secretary of Nu-World with effect from 30 April 2025.

The process of appointing a new Company Secretary will commence and shareholders will be advised once an
appointment is made.

The board of directors of Nu-World (the "Board") would like to thank Bruce for his invaluable contribution to both
the Board and the Company during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
