CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Rob Becker has been appointed as a non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 28 November 2018.

Mr Becker is chartered accountant and holds an MBA in corporate strategy from Brunel University in the
United Kingdom. He has held several executive board positions at large, listed multinationals such as the
chief financial officer at Sun International Limited, Nampak Limited and Robertsons Holdings Proprietary.
He currently is the chief investment officer and executive director of Rebosis Property Fund Limited.

The board of directors welcomes Mr Becker to the Company and looks forward to his contribution.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and the Alternative
Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE").
