POSTING OF INTERGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 August 2018, (on which the company's auditors expressed a qualified audit opinion) was posted on
27 December 2018, and contains no changes to the summarised audited consolidated results for the year ended
31 August 2018 which were published on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM") and Stock Exchange News Service
("SENS") on 7 December 2018. A copy of the Company's integrated annual report is available on the Company's website:

Included in the integrated annual report is a notice of annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company, which will
be held at 2nd Floor, 86 Brook Street, London, W1K 5AY, United Kingdom on Monday, 25 February 2019 at 10:00 UK
time (12:00 South African time; 14:00 Mauritian time).
