RESIGNATION OF GROUP CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Nedbank Group announces the resignation of Anna Isaac, the Group’s Chief Compliance Officer, with
effect from 30 April 2022. She will be joining a bank in the United Arab Emirates.
Anna is a qualified Admitted Attorney and her career at Nedbank spans over 23 years in various roles,
including that of Cluster Compliance Executive in Nedbank Corporate and Chief Legal Counsel, before
being appointed to the Group Executive Committee as Group Chief Compliance Officer on 1 January
2019.
The appointment of a successor for Anna will be announced once Nedbank Group’s succession
process has been completed and regulatory approvals have been received.
On behalf of the Group, Mike Brown (Chief Executive) said: “Whilst it is sad to see Anna leave, we
thank her for the significant contribution she has made to the Nedbank Group during her 23 years of
tenure and wish her well in her future endeavors”.
