With regard to the results for the year ended 30 June 2013,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have
been distributed to shareholders on 30 September 2013 and contain
no modifications to the reviewed results which were published on
SENS on 6 September 2013.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the third annual general meeting of
Mvelaserve shareholders will be held in the boardroom, 28
Eddington Crescent, Highveld Technopark, Centurion at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 30 October 2013 to transact the business as stated in
the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
