Appointment of external auditors
Shareholders and noteholders (collectively, “securityholders”) are
referred to the announcements made on 1 July and 11 September 2019,
respectively, regarding the rotation of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as
the external auditors of the Group at the conclusion of their audit
responsibilities for the year ended 30 June 2019.
Securityholders are advised that all the regulatory approvals have been
obtained for the appointment of Ernst & Young Inc, as the new external
auditors of the Group for the year ending 30 June 2020. The change of
external auditors will be tabled for approval by the shareholders at
the next annual general meeting.
