FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders of MMI Holdings are referred to the SENS announcement released by
the Company on 28 June 2019, advising that the proposed name change of MMI
Holdings Limited to Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (“Change of Name”)
was approved by shareholders.

The special resolution for the Change of Name was accepted and placed on file
by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.

Accordingly, the following dates are confirmed as per the circular:
