Voluntary Trading Update for the year ended 30 June 2025
Shareholders are advised that Motus will release its audited financial results for the year ended
30 June 2025 (FY25) on 2 September 2025.
The global economic environment remains uncertain and volatile, with increased trade tensions and
geopolitical developments reducing growth expectations. Across the major countries in which the Group
operates, lower inflation has resulted in policy rate cuts, supporting consumer and business activity.
The South African vehicle market rebounded ahead of expectations in the second half of FY25,
contributing positively to earnings and cash generation for the Group.
Against this backdrop, we provide shareholders with guidance on our financial performance for the Group
for the year ended 30 June 2025 as outlined below:
