CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraphs 3.59(a), (b) and (c) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Board:

   •   After ten years as a non-executive director, Mr Mark Pesco retired from the
       Board on 16 August 2019. The Board would like to thank him for his valuable
       contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.

   •   Mr Dean Douglas has been appointed as a non-executive director of Marshall
       Monteagle with effect from 16 August 2019.

Dean Douglas, a chartered accountant, is a director of IQ-EQ where he is responsible
for overseeing day to day management and leadership within client services. Dean
joined IQ-EQ in 2004 and has held a number of senior roles within the firm. Dean is
also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

The Board would like to welcome Dean Douglas to the Board of Marshall Monteagle
and looks forward to his participation and input.
